I've spent my whole career in HR field. Starting in recruitment agency, later moved inhouse. Except recruitment, I have experience with setting up employer branding function, leading training & development team, internal communication, recruitment and HR operations, managing teams on different level of seniority.

My passion is personal branding where I show managers why it is important and how to prepare personal branding strategy and conduct it. I have husband and 2 kids and managing 2-career family in constant strive of healthy work-life blend. Sport is important part of my life as well as travelling and crocheting ;-)
