I’ve worked across almost every format and product category you can think of, from £35,000 Wedgewood vases to canned fish, and from shower gel to electrical appliances. Leading both regional and global teams, in FMCG, luxury lifestyle and manufacturing. I’ve built functions from scratch, revitalised legacy systems, and created long-term strategies that delivered lasting impact.

Along the way, I’ve managed some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Nescafe, Dolce Gusto, Nesquik, Original Source, St Tropez, Sanctuary Spa, Morning Fresh, Branston, Napolina, Wedgewood, Waterford, Georg Jensen and Royal Doulton.

I’m one of the rare leaders who’s both creative and technical. I’ve worked across print, design, development, technology, procurement and manufacturing. I’ve worked for both plastic and paper-based packaging suppliers and brand owners, in start-ups and multinationals.

Now, I’m channelling that experience into mentoring up-and-coming professionals
