My true passions in life are self-discovery and, in connection with that, using my creative and curious brain to foster confidence and self-belief in others.

In my day-to-day now, I do this through 1:1 coaching. Working with individuals to move from a life that feels like it is being lived in black and white, to one of vibrant technicolour - helping them embrace and embody the version of themselves they have always yearned to be.

My career before this took a varied and slightly wandering path; I created and started my own sustainable sports bra business, ran focus groups and interviews as part of my roles in research across FMCG and financial services, and held positions in a variety of client services roles.

Outside of this, I have held various leadership positions both within the family business space and a private foundation for the last 5+ years.

When it comes to mentoring, my style is empathetic, collaborative and fun. I'm here to help you get the best out of you!
