If I could change something in my career, it would be having a mentor early on — someone who could guide me through the challenges and opportunities in both my professional and personal life.

With more than 15 years of experience in the HR field, I’ve had the chance to work across diverse environments — from large corporations to smaller startups and scale-ups. Each experience has shaped my perspective and deepened my understanding of people and organizations.

As a person and a bit of a perfectionist, I’ve learned that often 80% readiness is enough to move forward and make things happen. A big breakthrough for me was learning to say, “I need some time to think about it,” instead of forcing quick decisions when something didn’t immediately feel right. And most importantly, I’ve realized that there’s always a way — even if you can’t see it in the moment.
