Mentorship Power Hour

A high-impact, facilitated mentoring experience designed to support women’s career growth through focused, practical conversations.

Participants take part in small-group mentoring sessions, rotating between senior mentors every 15–20 minutes to gain diverse perspectives on their career challenges. The session begins and ends with a facilitator-led kickoff and wrap-up, ensuring clear goals, meaningful reflection, and actionable takeaways.

Format: 2 hours · max. 15 participants · groups of up to 3,

Each participant meets three experienced mentors and leaves with increased confidence, clarity, and concrete next steps.

Long-Term Impact: Mentoring Program

For companies looking to create lasting impact beyond International Women’s Day, we offer structured long-term mentoring programs that support women’s growth over time.

Employees are matched with experienced mentors for 3 or 6 months, with 6–12 hours of 1:1 mentorship, clear goal-setting, and progress tracking.
