Hi, my name is Lucie. I live in Prague and I work as an IT Project Manager. Agile coaching and mentoring is one of my favorite parts of my work. Firstly I would like to tell you why I want to become a mentor. 3 years ago I was stuck in my career and I was not sure how and in which direction I wanted to continue. I decided to apply to a mentoring program,I got my mentor and together with her I focused on my goals in my career. And I know how important it is to share experience, pain points and support each other. In my free time I love sports - yoga, golf, walking and travelling :-)
