Lucie Mairychová

Lucie Mairychová believes that education can change lives, and she has dedicated her career to its development.

She started with career counseling for youth from children’s homes, led a major CSR educational program by Samsung for students in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and co-founded Kariérko.cz – a platform that introduces diverse career paths to young people.

Since 2021, she has been part of Czechitas, where she grew from Head of Product & Operations and COO into the role of CEO. She leads the organization both strategically and humanly – connecting vision with execution, shaping a strong organizational culture, and setting clear priorities.

Under her leadership, Czechitas has navigated key crises, implemented OKRs, and transitioned to its new 2030 strategy. Her leadership style combines the energy of a visionary who inspires action with the precision of a strategist who knows that impact comes from clarity and follow-through.
