Marta Mikulska

I am a passionate Leadership and Development Consultant & Trainer. In my current work I focus on creating Leadership and Development programs and workshops that equip participants not only with tools and knowledge but also provide safe learning environment where everyone can explore their beliefs, get clear about what's not working for them, practice new approaches and transform. In addition to working with groups I also support people individually. As a mentor and coach I help my clients discover their authentic leadership style and brand and develop their leadership and people management skills. I have background in education, extended leadership experience from large international companies as well as coaching experience. I love working with people, supporting them on their development journey and sharing what I have learnt over the past 15 years on my own professional path.
Outside of work I enjoy going for long walks in nature, listening to podcasts and being a mom.
