Mentoring focus:
Career Growth & Soft Skills, IT & Engineering, Management & Leadership
I live in Brno in Czech Republic with my wife, two kids and a cat.
I've spent all my professional career in IT Industry, originally as Back-End Developer, later Technical Leader, Team Leader, Engineering Manager and currently at Bloomreach as Senior Engineering Manager working closely with Web SDK & Mobile SDK Software Engineering Teams.
I'm passionate about seeing people grow and I got excited for coaching approach and ideas of teal organizations featuring self-management, evolutionary purpose and wholeness.
I enjoy spending my free time with my family, playing board games with my friends, sporting volleyball or listening to some heavy metal music.
