Olga Ismagilova

As a Career Catalyst Coach and Counsellor, I help professionals to achieve their career and life goals by leveraging my 25-year expertise in finance, sustainability, and business transformation. I have worked with market leaders in telecom, Big4, and industrial automation across diverse regions and industries, delivering financial strategies, management operating systems, and business turnarounds.

I am passionate about sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, and I am currently pursuing a course on ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford. I also serve as a Regional Engagement Committee Member at CIMA, where I support the professional development and networking of CIMA members in mainland Europe. I believe that by combining my coaching and consulting skills with my ESG and finance knowledge, I can empower professionals to create positive impact and value in their careers.
