I currently focus on leading strategic initiatives to improve the driver customer experience at Uber across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. I recently rejoined Uber after spending two years in the fintech industry at Mollie as I was keen to reconnect with my passion for driving an exceptional customer experience.

During my time at Mollie, I led strategic transformational programs across product, engineering, and operations with the goal of proactively identifying and mitigating merchant risks.

During my previous time at Uber, I worked in a few different roles with responsibilities that included building and implementing processes and policies across our in-house customer operations network in EMEA, designing and piloting new revenue generation activities, and building and scaling a customer operations team for Uber Freight EU.

Before moving to Amsterdam, I completed my MBA at the SDA Bocconi School of Management after working for 3+ years as a project manager/research analyst in the market research industry.

I am highly passionate about helping those around me and would love to support you with your program/project management, communication, stakeholder management, leadership, or confidence skills or work with you on a jump to a new role/company/area of study.
