I have more than 15 years experience in HR, I developed myself from pure L&D position to HRBP and after supporting mainly local CZ/SK market I am now responsible as a Global HR Director for Starbucks brand in 8 countries in CEE, incl. DE market. I also support Pizza Hut and Burger King brands withing AmRest portfolio, which gives me more opportunities to make a positive impact.
What I enjoy the most is to empower my team to lead the positive change in their markets thru execution of our People strategy.
I enjoy working in hospitality segment - its a neverending challenge to retain and develop great talent and my mantra is: Happy employees create happy customers :)
