Petra Saktor is a Sales and Marketing leader turned mentor and lecturer.

With over 15 years of experience across B2B and B2C, she has built and positioned global brands and products, and led teams to deliver $15M+ in revenue. She brings a well-rounded perspective from both agency and client sides, with past roles at Young & Rubicam (WPP), T-Mobile, Vodafone, and Avast (now Gen).

In mentoring, Petra builds on her own experience as a mentee, making her support empathetic, grounded, and actionable. Over the past four years, she has mentored startup founders, nonprofit directors, CMOs, and marketing managers—either directly or through leadership and accelerator programs.
