Priscilla Hidalgo

Over the last 15 years, I have lived and worked across Costa Rica, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Germany, building a career in global technology companies. Today, I run a boutique AI consultancy that helps people use technology intentionally, not just efficiently.

As a mentor, I work with women navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, entrepreneurship, and major life decisions.

My approach is simple: I don't start with AI. I start with the human.

First, we explore who you are, what drives you, how you learn, and what success means to you. Anthropology taught me that growth lasts when our decisions fit our values, strengths, and circumstances.

Then AI becomes an ally. Together, we design practical systems, learning strategies, and action plans that move you forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Technology changes quickly. Understanding yourself is the advantage that lasts.
