With over two decades in the FMCG and beverage industry, I bring a wealth of experience and a decade of leadership of small and big teams. I’m trained as skilled negotiator, proficient in AGILE methodology, adaptive to change and able to navigate through crisis and tough times with my strong problem-solving acumen. With all this I’m always keeping the customer at the forefront.

In the soft skill area I have experience in mentoring of young talents, helping in future career steps, focus on structure and discipline in setting priorities for work, future career and personal life. I like to use comfort and discomoft zone to further learn and move my/mentees’ borders.

In private life, I’m a proud father of two boys, I like travelling, cooking and cycling.
