With over 15 years of experience across corporate, startup, and development sectors, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and people-first leadership. Currently based in Bangkok, I support Indian startups in setting up HR systems, building leadership teams, and scaling into new markets. I’ve led HR functions at Reliance Retail and Hindustan Coca-Cola, focusing on talent, performance, and culture. I started my journey in grassroots development, which continues to shape my inclusive and purpose-driven approach. As a mentor, I help women navigate career transitions, return to work, and step into leadership with clarity and confidence.
