Robert Novak

With over a decade in marketing, I’ve built my career across start-ups, scale-ups, and world-class tech companies. Back in 2014, I co-founded an event agency, leading projects for major clients and gaining first-hand experience in building and running a business. In 2019, I joined Socialbakers (now Emplifi) as Head of Global Events, where I helped scale one of the Czech Republic’s most successful start-ups of the time, later acquired by an American company in 2020 in one of the country’s largest deals.

In 2021, I stepped into cybersecurity as Director of Field Marketing (EMEA) at Transmit Security, which went on to secure a record-breaking $543 million investment the following year. From there, I became Marketing Director at London-based Metomic, helping organizations protect sensitive data across cloud, GenAI, and SaaS applications. Today, I’m back in the Czech start-up scene as Head of Marketing at wflow, a company twice recognized in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.
