I believe leadership gets lonelier the higher you go, the decisions get harder to talk through and the mistakes get harder to admit. I help leaders navigate that: high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, the shift from doing the work to leading the people who do it, and work-life balance, which I coach on partly because I'm still working it out myself.
I draw on 15+ years in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, working alongside founders and senior leaders, combined with executive coaching training (ICF, Positive Intelligence, NLP). I coach and mentor in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
I started Toki Mindset & Talent a couple of years ago, having had coaches and mentors myself and seen the difference it makes when someone's actually in your corner. I volunteer as both, alongside my paid work, because I like the work itself (not just the title).

I'm Portuguese, live in the UK with my husband, two kids, and a virtual pet (the real one stayed in Portugal with my parents :)
