I began my professional journey in academy as an experimental high-energy physicist. After a couple of years, I decided to switch careers and started working in IT. Soon I found passion in coaching and guiding engineers, fostering a collaborative working environment, and delivering meaningful products to customers, leading me to finally become an engineering manager. As a manager I continue not only to improve my leadership skills, but I am devoted to following new tech trends and growing my technical skills. I am deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. I believe that diversity brings unique perspectives and drives innovation, and I actively promote an environment where everyone feels valued and included.

My mentoring experience has focused on performance improvements, leading to high-impact performance reviews and a promotion. I pride myself of being sought out by my colleagues for guidance and discussions on how to grow professionally and personally.
