Tereza Reznickova

I’m a product and growth leader with 12 years of experience building tech products and teams across Europe. Over the past 7 years, I’ve specialised in AI, starting in ML and data science, and for the last 3 years focusing on GenAI. Today, I apply AI hands-on in product-led growth. I’ve always worked remotely with teams from all around the world, collaborating across cultures and time zones. Work has taken me to many cities, most often Copenhagen, London, and now Berlin. My experience has shaped a lot how I listen, communicate, and mentor.

I know firsthand how hard it can be to trust yourself, or choose your own path. Mentorship has always been a way for me to give back the support I once needed myself.

I care deeply about helping people understand their strengths, build self-trust, and make decisions that align with who they are. My mentoring style is honest, supportive, and practical. I aim to create a space that feels safe and empowering.
