I’m Brazilian and have built my HR career over 14+ years across international, fast-paced environments, living and working across different countries and cultures.

That journey has shaped how I see adaptability, change, and the human side of organisations. I’ve worked across workforce planning, leadership development, performance, engagement, HR systems, analytics, and employee experience—often in environments going through growth, change, or transformation, where clarity and structure make the biggest difference.

Alongside my professional work, I care deeply about wellbeing, habits, and how we sustain energy in demanding roles. I balance HR work with beach tennis, barre classes with friends, good eating habits, and an (almost too) structured brain dump system that keeps me grounded.
