I am a Digital Communications Executive with 10+ years of experience crafting strategic communications for the Beauty industry (Founder of Ivy Agency). I founded Beauté Plurielle in 2018- an association dedicated to addressing the need for greater diversity and inclusivity in the Beauty industry. Our organization is helping to reshape the beauty industry’s inclusion practices, in France, through thought-leadership, consultative services, and industry events. Our annual awards ceremony is attended by 100 influencers, journalists and consumers. 10 awards have been given to 10 inclusive brands for best inclusive campaign, best products, services - makeup, hair care, skin care. Partners include: Clarins, CeraVe, Vichy, Phyto, Skin Doctors, CEW France, Caudalie. I consulted L'Oréal on their equity and inclusion communications strategy, helping to craft their global inclusion narratives for 7+ years.
