Kateryna is currently working as Head of Business Development at Rossum. At her previous role she served as a head of business development team for Socialbakers, where she developed her passion for people management and emotional intelligence as a key strength of successful leadership. Kateryna helps to promote women’s empowerment and gender equality by mentoring young women in business and contributing to their constant professional growth.
