I really do like people and data. My experience is based in recruitment (mostly tech) and helping people to enjoy their career experience, no matter if they are CxO or trainee. I am always in for data-driven decisions combined with empathy and human-centric approach. Sometimes is seems to be a fairy tale, but I have always believed in magic and unlimited people potential.
