For 12 year I worked as a HR manager in an international company and was responsible for leading multicultural teams as well as global projects all over the world. I have always been fascinated by the human psyche trying to find out why we sometimes stagnate while the others evolve. During the years of being a leader, I become so passionate about people’s growth that I decided to switch my career and become a professional coach.
