Andrea se 20 let pohybovala v prostředí luxusního a prestižního zboží, převážně v hodinářském průmyslu. Pracovala na manažerských pozicích v oblasti obchodu a retailu, vedla malé i velké týmy, uváděla značky na trh nebo otevírala maloobchodní prodejny. K velké životní změně se rozhodla ve čtyřiceti letech, po narození druhého syna, a začala se věnovat koučování. Andrea je velmi aktivní a cílevědomý člověk, od dětství hraje házenou a sport ji provází celý život. Pracuje s klienty na individuální i firemní bázi a v neposlední řadě také v oblasti sportu.
