Throughout my career, I was driven by impact - I wanted to join roles or companies where I knew I can add value. Seeing tangible impact on teams and stakeholders is deeply fulfilling to me, as I see the HR/People function as a true strategic function when done right.
HR impact, to me, stems from people-driven business decisions, so I focus on influencing, mindset shifts, and capability building with every initiative I drive. I empower culture and performance via human connection, as I know these minimise barriers and boost collaboration.
As a People Leader, I aim to build autonomous, empowered and high-performing teams by fostering strength-based contributions. I advocate for direct & transparent communication with all - as knowledge is power - and people should be able to make strong business decisions given the data and insights they have.
I believe in wearing both 'people' & 'commercial' hat when I partner with my stakeholders as it leads to better outcomes.
