I have experience mentoring startups, social innovations, and projects in the fields of circular economy, sustainability, and smart city solutions. I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and the public sector, helping teams structure ideas, validate impact, define strategy, and turn visions into implementable projects.

As a mentor, I support both early-stage and growth-stage initiatives, covering problem and customer validation, business model development, ESG and environmental impact, communication, partnerships, and preparation for pilot implementation. I have hands-on experience with accelerator programs, innovation challenges, and collaboration with municipalities, schools, and companies.
