I am a certified mental coach working in the field of neuroscience for more than 3 years. I love personal development, healthy lifestyle tips, effective communication skills even in the challenging environment, mindset and attitude topics, determining one's own value, selflove and thinking about wealth.

I have been working in the financial environment for more than 14 years, primarily as a controlling specialist. Based in Prague.

My mission is to help women implement a healthier lifestyle at work, at home, in your family and create desired lifestyle. I am the support, energy, cheerleader and impartial observer that you need to uncover your blind spots. Everything starts with your mindset and with what you think is possible for you.
