My background is in Computer Science and worked as Web Designer and Web Developer (fullstack). Of Italian origins, I've been living abroad for more than 13 years, first in UK and then in Germany. My experience has been in companies of different sizes from very early stage startups to very large and established corporations, and as well in different industries, like media, retail, agencies, consultancies, fintech. I've been in leadership positions for more than 10 years and had the opportunity to work with international and diverse teams. On top of managing, mentoring, coaching people, where possible I've been helping in the organisational and product strategy side.
