Pavla’s purpose is to bring people together around common ideas and passions so that they can learn, grow and influence each other and collaboratively create a ripple effect. She is enthusiastic about how technologies can play a role in that process and how they can improve people's lives.
Pavla currently works as a Brand & Reputation marketing manager and a team lead at Google. Using her creativity and talent for ideation, she initiated over the past 9 years at Google several successful pilots that were later scaled into other markets and recognized on both EMEA and global level. She completed an executive educational program at Wharton Business School prepared in partnership with Google.
Before Google Pavla spend 3 years in the creative agency Havas Worldwide, where she was helping her clients to build marketing strategies that combine creativity with efficiency.
Beside marketing Pavla is excited about personal development, authentic leadership, work-life balance and diversity & inclusion.
