Victor Udintsov

My name is Victor Udintsov, the current Head of Product Design and Growth (Muso.AI). Over the past 14 years I’ve worked my way up as a UX Designer and Lead/Head of Design creating, improving and leading teams and departments.

For the last 7 years I have been managing design departments working mainly on fintech projects in which I was improving the key performance indicators of products. Based on results of customer research, user tests and interviews I built and optimised the process of finding optimal solutions for business purposes. I created my own team and scaled it up to 15 people in 2 years and led the development of several products, formed and initiated the creation of new design teams. I am a big fan of people management and development of my teammates, so quite a lot of my work was devoted to this.
