Yuliya Daineko

Yuliya Daineko is originally from Belarus, where she studied Marketing and Economics and has became a Head of Marketing at 26. In 2018 she was invited to move to Austria and take a lead on Digital Products in A1 Group. Yuliya has grown brands and revenues, launched digital and entertainment products across several European markets, and led large agile teams of up to 100+ people. Her recent work includes scaling an entertainment platform and building strategic partnerships with global players such as Apple, Netflix, and Samsung.
Yuliya is known for her ability to structure chaos, uncover real challenges, and turn strategy into execution while developing strong, motivated teams. She became a Head of Marketing at 26 and has consistently focused on growing people alongside businesses.
She holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, is a regular conference speaker, co-teaches Agile Marketing, mentors startup founders, and supports women in leadership.
