How we give back: FP Scholarship fund

Thanks to the cooperation with companies, we're able to offer scholarships and discounts to women who don’t get support from their companies, students, women on maternity leave, or young people from children’s homes and socially disadvantaged backgrounds and refugees.

Our mentors can choose to get paid, or to donate the earned amount (50% - 90% of the mentee fee) to the scholarship fund.

We're also working with non-profits such as Nadani a Dovednosti (Czechia based) to mentor young people from children’s homes and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. If you are a non-profit, get in touch.

We're committed to giving away 30 scholarships in 2023. The scholarships open every quarter.

I must say that I am extremely grateful for my mentor Katarina. I feel like I still have a lot of work in the future but I cannot be happier to go along this journey with her. Not only has she helped me with my goals but also confidence in my work. She has become an amazing friend of mine. Thank you for pairing me up with her. :)

My mentor Jana is very understanding, she helps me visualising my goals and supports me. Also, as some of my priorities have changed, we managed to change my goals, so that they are more valuable for me at the moment. I look forward to every meeting and I'm so grateful for this opportunity.

Thanks to the mentoring program at Femme Palette, I have not only met the professional goals I had set at the beginning of the program, but also gained a trustworthy guide on my journey. My mentor Olga has made every session challenging, enriching, inspiring and fun by sharing her expertise, insights and experience. I would truly recommend the program to anyone who is looking for self-development and/or career boost.
