How we give back: FP Scholarship fund

Our mentoring program for companies helps us keep our program affordable for self-payers. One third of the price for companies contributes to the scholarship fund. For self payers, the price of the program is 40%  lower than for those who get the fee covered by their companies. For people on parental leave and full-time students, we offer an additional 15% discount.

We're also working with non-profits such as Nadani a Dovednosti (Czechia based) to mentor young people from children’s homes and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. We've already matched over 10 young adults from their program and are committed to help 50 more in the next 2 years. If you are a non-profit, get in touch.

We're committed to giving away 30 scholarships in 2022. The scholarships open every quarter.

I must say that I am extremely grateful for my mentor Katarina. I feel like I still have a lot of work in the future but I cannot be happier to go along this journey with her. Not only has she helped me with my goals but also confidence in my work. She has become an amazing friend of mine. Thank you for pairing me up with her. :)

My mentor Jana is very understanding, she helps me visualising my goals and supports me. Also, as some of my priorities have changed, we managed to change my goals, so that they are more valuable for me at the moment. I look forward to every meeting and I'm so grateful for this opportunity.
