Payment:
You're on the payment plan! You'll pay for the program in 3 installment payments for the first 3 months of the program. You'll be charged automatically on your card and will receive the invoice in your mailbox after each payment.

If you can't submit your payment at the moment, you can pay after the interview with the Program Manager.

Interview with the Program Manager:
By now you should receive a confirmation of the selected date and time for the interview via Calendly. Please check your mailbox and calendar to make sure it's there. This is a crucial step in the application process.
This step is not relevant for the Self-selection program

Create your SMART goals:
We have developed a tool to assist you in creating your SMART goals. This tool will help you transform your general mentoring objectives into specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. Please generate your SMART goals using this tool before the interview, so you can discuss them with the Program Manager if you have it.

Regular/Discounted price:
The price is different for self-payers and the ones who get the program covered by their company. If your company pays for the program, please go to this page.

Refund policy:
We'll refund you the money if we are not able to find the right mentor for you. Please read carefully our refund policy.
