Discussing things that seem obvious and easy to solve with someone in the industry who you sit down with and who knows the context of what you're doing is something that I find incredibly fun and moving. There is power in the detail. And the fact that you can take the time to look at yourself through a different perspective is not only priceless, but it has a real impact on your life. Not just your work life.
Thank you for connecting me with my mentor Klara. Every time we meet, it moves me further, closer to my goals. Halfway through the program I feel much more confident, I know myself and my goals better. I have valuable insight into my practice and I am looking forward to seeing what else our meetings will bring!
Through my mentorship program with Monique I gained many new perspectives for my day-to-day work. Coming from a different professional background, her outside perspective on our business was particular helpful and enlightening. A great experience, professional and personal.

Mentoring with Tetiana was a great experience! She helped me to achieve my goals and showed me another perspective which I didn't see before. I was looking forward to each mentoring session and after each session I learnt something new.
6 months of an intensive thinking about my career, while having someone to support and challenge me. That's how I would describe my mentoring experience. Even though it was tough sometimes to find the energy and time, my mentor was always there to help me push through. I have a clear vision now and I am already walking on my newly defined path.

This program is a jewel. It has absolutely overcome my expectations! Not only I was matched with the mentor that understood very well, what I need and what might interest me on my career path, but I also have a clear plan of what to do to achieve my goal.
It's important to click with your mentor. If you do (and I was lucky enough to) it can be an interesting developmental experience. I learned a lot about myself in a very non-violent way, and started to look at things a little more from a distance, in context. I believe that I understand my role and the roles of my colleagues better and this experience will be a daily help in my work.

Taking part of the mentorship program at Femme Palette helped me in so many ways. Working with Daniela as a coach was such an enlightening experience. I am glad that I joined the Femme Palette mentoring program. It pushed me to work harder on achieving my goals, set a vision, explore my strengths, and gain confidence. My mentor went through similar challenges as me, so we could support each other along the way. I believe our sessions were inspiring for both of us. I am glad to have participated in Femme Palette mentoring program. The FP team matched me with a great mentor Matěj, which I would like to say thank you for his great guidance, valuable inputs and straight-to-the-point mentoring style. He helped me to realized important milestones and values which helped me to set out goals and vision that really matter to me. Just after one session I have realized I need to work on something different than my original goal and thus I did not stuck to the plan and commit myself to open my mind to different approach. Thanks to the program I have changed my attitude towards work and also I have clarity for how I want to live and I do trust in every step on my journey.
I am really appreciative of Simona and what we have been able to discuss together. Her genuine but at the same time direct approach has forced me to think about things I would not have thought of myself otherwise. I was able to get a different point of view without losing my own perspective. And after each session I was left with a lot of "food for thought" and usually found myself thinking about the previously discussed topics multiple days after. To conclude, so far I find this program very benefical and am glad I made the decision to participate!
