For every employee enrolled in the program, Femme Palette will help a woman with her career by connecting her with a mentor.One third of the price contributes to the program fee for women who don’t get support from their companies, students, women on maternity leave, or young people from children’s homes and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. You help us make the program accessible to the ones that need it the most.

How it works

Application process

We will schedule calls with applicants and will help them set their goals for the program to have a clear outcome.

Mentor matching

We match the mentees with their mentors. For 6 months, mentors and mentees will meet once every 2 weeks.


We’ll run a workshop to help the mentees get ready for mentoring. They’ll learn how to work with the mentor, what questions to ask, etc..

Final report

At the end of 6 months, mentees will fill out our questionnaire about what they learned, and how satisfied they were with the program.
