How the Talent Development program works

Everyone has different needs and career challenges. Make diversity your greatest asset and help your people thrive through mentoring. In this 6 months program, we'll match your team members with the right expert for their exact career needs.

  • 1:1 Mentorship
    Your colleagues will get 12 personal sessions (1 hour long) with a mentor who has 5+ years of managerial experience. Their mentor will provide them with guidance on how to grow in their roles and will help them navigate their challenges.

    The challenges can vary from learning new digital skills, such as online communication and collaboration, design thinking, digital marketing or data analytics, to learning new soft skills or discussing career progression.
  • How to be a good mentee workshop
    We'll organize a workshop for the group to learn how to work with the mentor, what questions to ask, etc..
  • 1:1 networking
    Your colleagues will be matched for regular 1:1 networking calls with the participants of our mentoring program.
  • Possible add-ons
    For extra price, we can offer group workshop (online or in-person) on leadership or development topics, or professional 1:1 coaching.

For every employee enrolled in the program, Femme Palette will help a woman with her career by connecting her with a mentor.One third of the price contributes to the program fee for women who don’t get support from their companies, students, women on maternity leave, or young people from children’s homes and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. You help us make the program accessible to the ones that need it the most.

How it works

Application process

We will schedule calls with applicants and will help them set their goals for the program to have a clear outcome.

Mentor matching

We match the mentees with their mentors. For 6 months, mentors and mentees will meet once every 2 weeks.

Workshop

We’ll run a workshop to help the mentees get ready for mentoring. They’ll learn how to work with the mentor, what questions to ask, etc..

Reports

You’ll receive from us updates on how the mentees as progressing, how are they engaged and satisfied with the program.
