This session highlighted how AI can create more tailored learning experiences, making training relevant and efficient.

Panel discussion: the future of learning

The panel discussion on The Future of Learning: 2025 and Beyond was a highlight of the evening. Moderated by Pavel Blaha from Femme Palette, the panel featured Peter Podprocký (Škoda Academy), Barbora Kosnarova (Direct Family), and Bob Flynn (Wrike). Together, they explored the trends and challenges shaping the future of L&D, including the integration of digital tools, prioritizing adaptability, and the growing demand for flexible, lifelong learning options. Attendees found the discussion candid and insightful, with one sharing their appreciation for the “honesty of Peter” and the energy of the panel. Each panelist shared strategies for preparing organizations for the evolving L&D landscape, offering practical insights that attendees could take back to their teams.

Building a learning culture

The final session by Simon Steffal, Founder of Mindset Mentors, focused on Building a Learning Culture. Simon outlined the essential elements of a learning culture, from leadership buy-in to fostering a growth mindset. His emphasis on aligning learning goals with business objectives resonated with attendees, who found his session both inspiring and practical.
