A highly valued member of our mentor community, Martina Duskova has been mentoring with Femme Palette for a few years now, and guided a number of mentees on their path to success. As one of our most active mentors, she also has many interesting insights from her mentoring journeys to share. We talked to Martina not only about those, but also about her stationery brand printintin, her advice for aspiring female entrepreneurs, and her enthusiasm for various productivity methods and her advice in that area.

Marta Batíková was a Femme Palette mentee, who just finished our Mentoring program. After working full time at Raiffeisenbank and Better Slack, she decided to pursue another master’s degree. Workplace rivalry can appear in many circumstances, but one of the most commonly perceived dynamics is between women. You might feel like you sometimes need to compete with other women to achieve a particular position in your workplace, but that isn't true.Women need more representation in top positions in the workplace. You could gain experience and value from a mentorship where you work with other women than seeing them as your rivals for an opportunity.

Denisa Baníková is a Femme Palette mentee, who is finishing her Mentoring program. Currently taking a 3-month break to travel, Denisa would like to return to her career refreshed and ready to enter the next chapter of her career. In this spotlight interview, we asked Denisa about her journey towards becoming a manager, how she effectively provides support to engage and motivate her team, and so much more.

Tipsport approached us when the company wanted to try out a different approach to talent development and decided to enroll selected employees to the leadership and mentoring program. The company wanted to give its leaders who have been in their roles for several years an opportunity to learn 1:1 from external mentors. To the Leadership program participants, we also offered leadership-focused workshops to combine group learning with a personal approach. We talked to Irma Marić, L&D Specialist at Tipsport, about the impact mentoring has had on Tipsport employees and how it has helped them grow in their roles.

Mariia Naumovets was a Femme Palette mentee, who just finished our Mentoring program. She a Trainer for PisaSales CRM system and an ICF ACC Coach with a background in Cognitive Science and research.. In this spotlight interview, we asked Mariia about her journey towards becoming a trainer and a coach, how she made the switch from academia to a full-time job, what the biggest challenges she faced making the career pivot and so much more.

Establishing a company mentoring program is a wonderful way to give your employees an opportunity to grow in alignment with your business goals, while at the same time using a highly personalized approach to talent development. The finance team at Mews approached us when they wanted to offer their team members an opportunity to learn from external resources through mentoring to keep up with the company's high growth and new challenges.We talked more about how it all went and how mentoring has benefitted Mews with the company’s CFO, Pavla Munzarova.
