We are incredibly proud to announce the winners of our 2025 Mentor Awards! This is the second edition of our awards, and once again, we are in awe of the remarkable contributions from our mentors. What we do at Femme Palette would never be possible without our amazing community of mentors, which has continued to grow over the years. Our mentors come from diverse countries, backgrounds, and professional fields, each with unique career paths and expertise. We want to take this opportunity to extend a huge thanks to all of them!

Given that it would be impossible to individually acknowledge each of our 1000+ mentors around the world, we have selected 65 mentors + 14 nominated by mentees across 6 categories to recognize for their exceptional efforts and results. This year, each category features a slightly different number of winners, as we had more mentees in some categories and wanted to give space to acknowledge more mentors.

Meet the winners of the Femme Palette Mentor Awards 2025 below!

I learned a lot with my Adriana, my mentor. She helped me a lot gaining more confidance and giving me usefull tips to my daily routine. Even when I was not sure about the subject I want to develop in each session, she pushed me and all of them were super productive.

Meaningful feedback: The key to higher engagement and better performance

According to research by Gallup, 80% of employees who received meaningful feedback in the past week are fully engaged at work. While regular performance reviews exist in most organisations, feedback is often underused or treated as a formal obligation rather than a strategic leadership tool. The connection is straightforward: higher engagement leads to higher productivity, and higher productivity supports stronger business performance. The real question for leaders is not whether feedback matters, but how to use it effectively to support both people and results.
