Michaela Krajíčková is one of those mentees who reminds us exactly why we do what we do. She went from seven years in legal practice to managing luxury glass installations across European markets. At Femme Palette, we want to support women and other underrepresented group members in growing their careers and achieving their professional goals. It’s for this reason that we started our scholarship fund to provide financial support to selected participants in our Mentoring program. Mentees Nicole Martincova, Magdalena Morong, and Natalia Bondar are all scholarship recipients who decided to work on their professional development with their personal mentors. Throughout these past 14 years, I have been seeking balance and striving to create for myself and for those around me an environment for growth in which we will not pay too high a price (such as burnout, damaged health, ruined relationships, etc.).
